Many people decide to turn their freshwater pool into a saltwater pool. Installing a saltwater generator eliminates the chlorine peaks and valleys for swimmers who are sensitive to chlorine. For saltwater system conversions, we use the Pentair IntelliChlor® and the Hayward Aqua Rite Salt Chlorine Generator which uses common swimming-pool salt to produce all the chlorine a pool needs, safely, effectively, and automatically. It has the same sanitation performance as manual chlorine addition without the drawbacks!
